tv, safe, hair-dryer
all rooms are equipped with safe, hair-dryer and tv. The following tv programs can be received: ARD, ZDF, SAT 1, RTL, RTL 2, Super RTL, KIKA, N24, SKY, VOX, BR, Eurosport, PRO 7, ORF 1, ORF 2, CNN, NTV, WDR and the weather panorama Hochzeiger.
Internet access
all rooms are equipped with free wireless lan. In the spa and dining rooms we do not offer wireless lan!
Bath robe, bathing shoes
In each room you can find a spa basket with bath robe and towel. One-way bathing shoes make a lot of waste and are not offered mandatory. For EUR 2,-- you can buy them at the reception desk
Sauna area/indoor pool
The sauna area is a garment-free zone from 12.00 a.m. till 07.30 p.m.! No entrance for kids til 15 years. A part of the saunas and vapor baths is heated from 12.00 a.m. Indoor pool opening hours from 07.00 a.m. till 10.00 p.m.
Non-smoker rooms
All our dining areas and lounges are non-smoking areas.
Cuisine
Comprehensive breakfast buffet from 08.00 a.m. till 10.30 a.m. From 06.30 p.m. till 09.30 p.m. we offer delicate menus with 5 to 6 courses. Wellness buffet from 01.00 p.m. till 02.00 p.m. and cake buffet from 03.00 p.m. till 05.00 p.m.
Arrival
Daily arrival. On arrival day your room is ready from 02.00 p.m. If you won't arrive in time for dinner (till 09.00 p.m.) please inform us.
Departure
Please check out until 11.00 a.m. For delay we charge at least 80% of the demi board price per day. By the way the Austrian hotel regulations are valid. You can use the spa area till 05.00 p.m. on departure day: check out your room till 11.00 a.m. and you can use the spa area, lunch and cake buffet until 05.00 p.m. for a charge of EUR 14,-- per person (only by announcement at the reception desk).
Cancellation fee
Until three months before arrival no cancellation fees. Cancellation after this date are checked individually. We reserve to charge up to 90% of the booked arrangement, if the room can't be re-rented. Same is valid for late arrival and early departure.
Travel insurance
You have the possibility to negotiate a hotel travel insurance. The required documents are offered at the reception desk. Or book directly by click on this link.
Train passengers
If you arrive by train we are pleased to meet you at the train station Imst/Pitztal for Euro 32,-- per tour.
Kids
Generous kids allowance in additional beds (see Happy Family). Kids can choose from a large kids menu card. If you like we serve kids food and/or your baby food also off-time. Free use of kids chairs, cots and baby-phone. Please announce.
Pets
Only on request. Please note, that dogs have no entrance to the dining rooms and lounges. For pets we charge Euro 15,00 per day without feed. Pets are only allowed in the Juniorsuite Bergblume -1st floor.
Parking / elevator
Euro 8,-- for a reserved carport. By 3 elevators you can reach each floor.
Settlement
You can pay cash, with EC card, Maestro card, Suiss EC direct, VISA and MASTERCARD. For payment of special offers by credit card we take extra charge of 1 till 3%. For cash payment (Euro or CHF) you get a voucher with an amount of Euro 15.00 per stay (at least 4 nights). For CHF we use the daily exchange rate.
Local tax
Local tax (at the moment Euro 2,-- per day) is not included in the room prices and packages.
Advance payment for special periods
for Christmas, New Years Eve, carnival and other main seasons an advance payment of Euro 500,00 per room is mandatory. This amount will not be refunded at cancellation. AGB

ski depot at the cable car
Now there are ski safes for 2 pair of skis and 2 pair of boots available - all with helmet box (Euro 4,50 per day). Also available family safes with space for 4 pairs aof skis and boots (Euro 11,-- per day)
